VP of Exchanges & Token Markets

Responsibilities

• Lead all CEX/DEX relationships including Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Kraken, and Bybit
• Build and lead the Exchange Relations Department covering listings, compliance, and market operations
• Manage the full lifecycle of private and public token sale execution
• Create listing strategies, technical requirements, and compliance documentation
• Oversee token-economic readiness, circulating supply models, and liquidity strategy
• Manage market maker (MM) relationships, liquidity provisioning, and order-book stability
• Coordinate AML/KYC, securities compliance, and cross-border regulatory filings
• Collaborate with Marketing on exchange-launch campaigns and global announcements
• Advise on governance, vesting schedules, token unlock events, and liquidity timelines

Requirements

• Previous experience working at a major centralized exchange (CEX) in listings, compliance, or token operations
• 6+ years of experience in token listings, digital-asset compliance, or exchange operations
• Deep knowledge of global token-sale frameworks and exchange listing pipelines
• Strong grasp of liquidity architecture, MM operations, and risk management
• Demonstrated success managing multi-jurisdictional token launches or exchange listings
• Exceptional leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching tokens from seed stage to public sale on multiple exchanges
• Established networks across exchanges, MM firms, liquidity desks, and crypto PR
• Understanding of zero-knowledge systems, DID, cross-chain infrastructure, or Layer-0 networks
