Responsibilities

• Own marketing revenue numbers and KPIs, driving the engine behind the metrics
• Lead Brand & Content, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing functions
• Drive the company's strategic narrative and ICP, specifically driving upmarket growth
• Support the full customer journey from first touch through expansion
• Integrate AI into marketing operations to increase speed and intelligence
• Use data to guide decisions and adjust strategy based on market signals
• Partner with Product, Sales, and RevOps to execute go-to-market strategies
• Manage modern marketing systems, automation, and emerging AI tools

Requirements

• Experience as a marketing leader or Head of Growth at a B2B SaaS company ($30M–$150M ARR)
• Proven track record of leading organizations through narrative or repositioning shifts
• Strong understanding of how AI is transforming marketing operations and product reach
• Experience managing growth plateaus, pricing changes, or strategic shifts
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in a remote-first environment
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on shipping, measuring, and adjusting
