Responsibilities

• Define and execute a bold product vision aligned with improving the lives of the underserved
• Own outcomes across acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization, and customer value
• Translate company priorities into clear product investments, roadmaps, and resource decisions
• Use customer insight, data, experimentation, and business economics to guide decisions
• Partner with the Data team to define measurable metrics of success and drive accountability through OKRs
• Develop and manage the roadmap of features with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing leadership to establish agile processes and improve product velocity
• Build, recruit, and train a world-class product and design team
• Partner across functions to balance growth, customer experience, risk, compliance, and operational complexity

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of scaling consumer products
• 3+ years of product leadership experience in an early-stage technology company
• 5+ years of experience working in consumer mobile products
• Experience leading and nurturing a product organization and fostering autonomous teams
• Strong ability to make data-informed decisions balanced with user intuition
• Deep knowledge of extracting consumer insights via usability tests, surveys, and behavioral data
• Strong understanding of consumer business economics including conversion, retention, and LTV
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, regulated, and analytically rigorous environment
