VP of Product

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a long-term OMS strategy and roadmap across Lineup and FatTail products
• Serve as the primary product voice with prospects and clients, presenting vision and roadmap directly
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, setting a high bar for product craft and commercial fluency
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve win rates, adoption, and renewals
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver a unified platform vision across Chartbeat, Tubular, Lineup, and FatTail
• Represent OMS product strategy to the executive team and Board

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, SVP, or equivalent)
• Direct Ad Tech experience, specifically with Order Management Systems (OMS) or adjacent systems like Google Ad Manager
• Proven track record of delivering innovative products, including AI-driven features
• Experience in enterprise or upper-mid-market B2B settings within media or publishing
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams of product managers
