Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of a global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
  • Build and mature international compensation frameworks to replace US-centric processes with scalable, globally consistent structures.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to automate compensation analysis and surface pay equity insights.
  • Establish a global compensation benchmarking program to identify market gaps and develop multi-year remediation roadmaps.
  • Partner with the CFO, FP&A, and Executive Leadership to design and administer base pay, short-term incentives, and RSUs.
  • Oversee the HR Analytics function to provide data-driven workforce insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and optimize total rewards workflows within Workday HCM.
  • Conduct regular pay equity analyses and develop action plans to address identified gaps across geographies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, HR, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in global compensation and/or total rewards.
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM, specifically regarding compensation module configuration and reporting.
  • Proven experience designing and managing compensation programs across multiple international regions and regulatory environments.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of variable compensation, equity incentive plans, and executive compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or active pursuit of certification.
  • Experience with HRIS reporting and specialized People Analytics platforms.
  • Experience migrating fragmented systems into a unified Workday environment.
