Spark is building healthcare tech for a system that desperately needs it. We are the fastest-growing Medicare platform in the country, combining AI, an industry-leading CRM, and client services to transform how 10,000+ brokers acquire, enroll, and support clients in their local communities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Spark's platform
• Act as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Build and grow a high-performing Product and Design team
• Develop deep expertise in the market by engaging with brokers and agency partners
• Ensure the product roadmap drives broker adoption, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management on product narratives
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to maintain a fast, iterative development process
• Set and reinforce the cultural values of the Product organization

Requirements

• Extensive product leadership experience at a Series A to C vertical or marketplace company
• Experience with multi-sided dynamics and complex SMB or operator workflows
• Sharp instincts for applying AI to create genuine user value
• Proven track record of building high-performing product and design teams
• Experience operating in high-growth, resource-constrained environments
• Ability to build trust and navigate tradeoffs with technical leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries
• Deep understanding of AI-specific risks like hallucination and data quality
