VP, Regional CMO, Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical excellence and patient outcomes across regions within a value-based care framework
• Build and sustain high-quality primary care teams by attracting and developing regional clinical leaders
• Partner with the Regional Market President as a leadership dyad to drive growth and clinical excellence
• Lead national clinical focus areas such as care model development, clinical operations, and technology enablement
• Practice approximately 10% clinically within the home market to maintain clinical skills

Requirements

• Seven plus years of experience as a practicing physician
• Five plus years of strategic clinical leadership experience at a regional or national level
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
• Active Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Current, unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s)

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in value-based care and Medicare Advantage (HEDIS/STARS)
• Track record of clinical leadership in medical group or ambulatory care environments
• Experience with multi-site clinic start-ups
• Deep knowledge of team-based care models and managed care frameworks
