Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own long-term customer LTV as the core KPI, setting lifecycle and retention strategy
  • Operationalize personalization and segmentation across channels
  • Embed AI into flows, reporting, and creative generation to multiply team output
  • Lead and develop a team of three specialized marketing professionals
  • Test and scale new 1:1 channels including Direct Mail, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp
  • Partner with Ecommerce, CX, Performance, and Brand teams
  • Support subscription and loyalty strategy, acting as a thought partner for cancel-flow and save-strategy work

Requirements

  • 12+ years in retention, lifecycle, loyalty, or subscriber marketing
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with at least one Director-level direct report
  • Senior leadership experience (VP or Sr. Director) at a high-growth subscription DTC business
  • Quantifiable track record of moving LTV or retention metrics at scale
  • Deep fluency in subscription mechanics (SKIO, Recharge, Ordergroove)
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Postscript
  • Proven experience using AI in production to automate workflows or personalization
  • Experience building or scaling loyalty and membership programs
