Responsibilities

  • Design and own operational infrastructure for complex, broker-led and direct selling motions
  • Lead forecasting and capacity modeling for the commercial engine
  • Evolve day-to-day workflows for the Revenue organization across the customer lifecycle
  • Define and govern core metrics to establish a single source of truth
  • Lead strategy for continuous professional development and training ecosystems
  • Act as a technical thought-leader to evolve the tech stack including Salesforce and Outreach
  • Identify and deploy new technologies to maintain operational scale

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue or Commercial Operations in SaaS or technology
  • Experience leading Revenue Operations in high-growth environments (reaching or exceeding $500M ARR)
  • Mastery of complex, non-direct sales motions (channel-led or partner-heavy)
  • Expertise across the full customer lifecycle including acquisition and retention
  • Proven track record of building and mentoring world-class teams
