Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operational infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer, Creator Ops, Enablement, and Dev & Integrations
- Manage pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design, lead routing, and deal operations
- Drive accountability for renewal and expansion operations across the client lifecycle
- Establish operational cadence including weekly performance reviews and quarterly planning
- Serve as a senior operational partner to the CRO, CMO, and CFO
- Own revenue enablement strategy and tools for go-to-market teams
- Manage and develop a team of Directors and senior managers
- Evaluate and modernize the tech stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows and automations to accelerate business functions
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue, sales, or business operations in SaaS or technology
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing other managers and directors
- Deep expertise in the full RevOps stack: pipeline, forecasting, territory design, and lead routing
- Proven experience implementing and rationalizing technology platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and experience with HubSpot
- Demonstrated practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or agent frameworks) in operational workflows
- Strong financial acumen including ARR/MRR modeling and unit economics
- Executive presence and ability to manage stakeholders at the C-suite and board level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, or marketplace sectors
- Familiarity with creator lifecycle management and GMV attribution
- Experience building or scaling Dev & Integrations teams within operations
- Experience with AI automation platforms like Gumloop or Zapier AI
- Background in PE-backed or pre-IPO environments
- Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay or ZoomInfo
