Responsibilities
- Define NewRocket's offering strategy and go-to-market approach for the telecommunications industry
- Partner with Marketing to develop industry-specific messaging, thought leadership, and campaign assets
- Design and architect AI-powered solutions including agentic AI workflows and predictive operations for telco
- Identify and design industry-specific data offerings across network, customer, and operational domains
- Build reusable solution assets such as reference architectures, process blueprints, and configuration accelerators
- Lead executive-level engagement with C-suite and VP stakeholders at telco clients
- Provide senior architectural guidance for pre-sales pursuits, RFPs, and RFIs
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in solutions architecture, strategy consulting, or technology leadership within telecommunications
- Proven track record of developing go-to-market offerings or industry practices
- Deep knowledge of core telco business processes (Customer, Service & Network, or Infrastructure)
- Architectural fluency in BSS/OSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, Oracle, Netcracker, Salesforce Industries)
- Experience architecting AI and agentic solutions, including LLM-based workflows and intelligent automation
- Proficiency with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, TAM, and Open APIs)
