Walk-in: BIM & CAD (Multiple Roles) — Dubai

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate BIM models across Architecture, MEP and Structural disciplines.
• Produce detailed CAD drawings for joinery, rebar, landscape and fit-out packages.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure model coordination and clash resolution.
• Maintain drawing standards, templates and project documentation.
• Deliver timely revisions and support site teams with as-built updates.

Requirements

• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Portfolio of past BIM/CAD projects (digital or hard copy).
• Ability to work across Architecture, MEP, Structural disciplines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Available for walk-in interview with CV and passport-size photo.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil, MEP or related discipline.
• Certification in Revit or BIM management preferred.
• Prior UAE project experience or GCC exposure.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360 or Civil 3D is an advantage.
