Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Wallet Management:

    • Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets including deposits and withdrawals
    • Monitor blockchain transactions and resolve delays or failures
    • Maintain operational uptime and coordinate network upgrades, token events and testing

  • Risk Mitigation & Compliance:

    • Monitor internal alerts and respond to incidents with stakeholders
    • Review and enhance controls to prevent impact to the firm or users

  • Process Optimization:

    • Simplify and automate internal processes to improve efficiency and user experience
    • Analyze competitor products and industry trends to identify enhancements

  • Cross-Functional & External Collaboration:

    • Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user inquiries
    • Partner with stakeholders across departments to solve customer pain points
    • Communicate and collaborate with regulators, auditors and external parties as required
