Warehouse Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbounding, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage shift planning, labor allocation, and productivity to match e-commerce demand
• Ensure high order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and minimal fulfillment delays
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve flow and increase throughput
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for speed, cost, and service level
• Monitor operational KPIs (order cycle time, pick accuracy, cost per order) and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with inventory, transportation, and customer service teams for seamless delivery
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations (preferably e-commerce/retail)
• Hands-on experience with WMS systems and real-time performance monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL & Excel; Python/PowerBI is a plus
• Ability to manage teams in high-growth environments
• Problem-solving and process optimization skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
