Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients interested in KSA real estate investment.
  • Qualify and close deals for investors looking to buy real estate assets in the KSA market.
  • Establish key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources.
  • Attend and conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences in your base country.
  • Advise clients on end-to-end real estate investment processes, including immigration and visa-related matters.
  • Manage the complete investment experience and assist with exit strategies if needed.
  • Take on special commercial, regulatory, and financial projects as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5-10 years of sales or partnership management
  • Proven commercial sales executive experience (meeting/exceeding targets)
  • Demonstrated success working with High Net Worth Clients
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales and market services/products
  • Ability to analyze data for trends and issues
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability and high integrity
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients, sales teams, and managers
  • Analytical mindset with robust data collection and analysis abilities
