Responsibilities

• Work directly with B12 users and clients applying expertise in marketing, web design, or web development
• Collaborate with other partners and share feedback with the B12 team
• Master the B12 AI-powered website editor to help users grow and build their websites
• Act as a product expert within the B12 ecosystem

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web design, marketing, or web development
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment
• Eagerness to learn and master new tools like the B12 Design Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles or relevant design tools
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate customer requests into structured designs
