Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Design new modules and layouts for BCI’s WordPress-based website
• Create dynamic, visually compelling pages for events, campaigns, and announcements
• Develop wireframes and mockups in alignment with communications goals
• Ensure consistency in style, typography, and tone across web content
• Work with developers to bring designs to life and troubleshoot visual issues
• Propose design improvements for accessibility, responsiveness, and visual clarity
• Participate in briefings to align visual narratives with strategic messaging

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of web design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva Pro
• Knowledge of WIX is a necessity
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile-first design
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred)
• Ability to interpret communications briefs into visual experiences
