Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain compelling visual identities across the website, marketing materials, and digital touchpoints
  • Create engaging graphics for web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure brand consistency across consumer and client-facing materials
  • Design website layouts that are visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-focused
  • Develop marketing collateral including presentation decks, one-pagers, infographics, guides, and enablement materials
  • Ship high-quality creative work quickly while maintaining attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
  • Contribute to product design efforts including iconography, illustrations, and UI elements
  • Maintain and evolve the design system and brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UAE (Dubai preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in web or visual design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web, branding, and marketing work
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design principles
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Portfolio and sample work required with application

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product design or UI/UX experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or tech companies
  • Experience maintaining design systems and brand guidelines
  • Illustration or motion design experience
