Web Designer & Webflow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates
• Build and launch net-new pages, templates, and modules in Webflow
• Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, and CMS collections
• Translate Figma designs into clean, high-fidelity Webflow builds
• Implement interactions, animations, and custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• Use AI and coding assistants to accelerate design, development, and debugging
• Build or configure AI agents and workflow automations for CMS and QA tasks
• QA across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints
• Ensure strong performance, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals

Requirements

• Strong design and Webflow development capabilities with a professional portfolio
• Experience creating scalable page templates, reusable components, and CMS structures
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
• Proficiency with Webflow CMS, variables, and Webflow Interactions (IX2)
• Demonstrated professional experience using AI and LLM tools for design or development workflows
• Ability to move quickly and ship high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail regarding accessibility, performance, and SEO

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GSAP, APIs, webhooks, or custom integrations
• Experience with analytics, experimentation, or conversion optimization
• Experience with major rebrands, content migrations, or localization
