About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours
  • Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community
  • Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course and mentor them on grading and engagement
  • Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit evaluations
  • Collaborate with peers and staff to share best practices and improve instruction
  • Stay current on industry and pedagogy trends relevant to web development

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools, LMS, and video conferencing platforms
  • Ability to incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction
  • Availability to commit 8-10 hours per week per course
