Web & Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Execute responsive web designs and create high-fidelity UI elements that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
• Translate client briefs and branding guidelines into strategic digital assets, including advertisements, landing pages, and social media content.
• Integrate and leverage AI-enhanced workflows and tools (e.g., MidJourney, ChatGPT) to optimize design processes and elevate the quality of output.
• Collaborate effectively in an asynchronous, globally distributed team environment, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of design assets.
• Bridge the gap between core branding principles and practical web interface design, ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital presence for clients.

Requirements

• Mastery of Figma, including advanced features like variables and components.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Demonstrated ability to execute responsive web designs.
• Experience creating high-fidelity UI elements and user interfaces.
• Willingness to utilize AI tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience translating client briefs into strategic digital assets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an asynchronous work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with branding development and application across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS).
