Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Forge strong relationships with institutional investors, VCs, and traditional financial institutions
  • Drive fundraising initiatives to secure strategic investments for prePO's growth
  • Manage investor relations, ensuring transparency and effective communication
  • Identify and engage high-profile market players to drive liquidity and market adoption
  • Pursue and close high-value deals to accelerate growth opportunities
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem for future collaborations
  • Develop and execute business development strategies within the DeFi ecosystem
  • Collaborate with prePO's leadership and teams to align on strategic goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years in DeFi and/or TradFi business development, with a track record of closing significant deals
  • Strong network within DeFi and TradFi, with established connections to institutions, venture capital firms, and regulatory bodies
  • Demonstrated leadership in fundraising efforts, securing substantial investments and funding rounds
  • Strong negotiation skills and closing ability for high-value deals and partnerships
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Deep practical understanding of the DeFi landscape, familiarity with various blockchains, DeFi protocols, and basic on-chain analytics
  • Embody prePO's values of integrity, innovation, and collective success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing investor relations in startups or crypto/web3 businesses
  • Prior success rapidly scaling institutional partnerships in fintech or blockchain sectors
  • Strong familiarity with emerging Web3 trends, protocols, and ecosystems
