Web3 Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape positioning, launches, and growth activity for a prediction protocol
• Own end-to-end messaging, defining what the protocol is and why it matters
• Translate complex technical strengths into clear narratives for traders, builders, and partners
• Lead go-to-market strategies for major launches, milestones, and partner activations
• Define the marketing roadmap in partnership with product and community leads
• Execute always-on programs to expand the qualified builder base
• Conduct market research with traders, builders, and KOLs to inform product and pricing
• Create high-impact Web3 content including launch threads, research, and explainer assets
• Partner with communications on press, podcasts, and thought leadership

Requirements

• Strong experience in product marketing or related roles
• Hands-on experience with prediction markets or protocols
• Deep understanding of crypto products and onchain user experience
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end product launches
• Ability to turn complex technical details into compelling messaging
• Data-driven mindset with experience using performance insights
• Hands-on operator mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
