Wellness Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 30-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging
• Support members in life coaching, goal achievement, and life skill development
• Assist members with adopting healthy lifestyles, mindfulness, and self-regulation
• Capture encounter summary documentation in the MPractice management system
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to ensure member needs and referrals are met

Requirements

• ICF-Credentialed Coach (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
• Currently residing in India
• Fluency in English (Hindi preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in the tele-health space
• Ability to provide direct member care for approximately 5 hours per week
• Access to a laptop or desktop with reliable internet

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing care through digital health platforms
• Passion for women's and family health
