Responsibilities

  • Process wholesale orders and reorders
  • Manage inventory reservations in coordination with the planning team
  • Provide retailers and the wholesale team with necessary data and updates
  • Resolve pricing errors, stock mismatches, and invoice queries
  • Assist with new retailer onboarding and paperwork
  • Monitor and flag inventory availability issues

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale support, sales coordination, or order management
  • Experience with B2B platforms such as NetSuite and NuOrder
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different time zones
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
