Responsibilities
- Process wholesale orders and reorders
- Manage inventory reservations in coordination with the planning team
- Provide retailers and the wholesale team with necessary data and updates
- Resolve pricing errors, stock mismatches, and invoice queries
- Assist with new retailer onboarding and paperwork
- Monitor and flag inventory availability issues
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale support, sales coordination, or order management
- Experience with B2B platforms such as NetSuite and NuOrder
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across different time zones
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
