Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles
  • Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, and other specialty talent resources
  • Review resumes and initiate personalized outreach to prospective candidates
  • Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for specific site needs
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates and escalate concerns to leadership
  • Deliver routine and ad hoc hiring status reports to the Clinical Recruitment Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs)
  • Familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing, and compensation benchmarks
