Women's Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual tele-therapy to patients using FamilyWell’s virtual platform
• Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes and gather comprehensive assessments
• Document patient progress and share treatment recommendations with medical providers and psychiatric consultants
• Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing intensive or specialized care
• Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session with actionable insights

Requirements

• Active mental health license in Connecticut (CT)
• Ability to practice independently without supervision
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with pregnant, postpartum, or peri/menopause patients
• Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International
• Certification in the treatment of the Peri/Menopause population
