FamilyWell Health is an AI-enabled mental health start-up dedicated to solving the women’s mental health crisis by seamlessly embedding high quality, equitable, & affordable mental health care into OB/Gyn practices. FamilyWell provides comprehensive virtual mental health services designed specifically for integration into OB/Gyn and Family Medicine practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual tele-therapy to patients using FamilyWell’s virtual platform
• Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes and gather comprehensive assessments
• Document patient progress and share treatment recommendations with medical providers and psychiatric consultants
• Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing intensive or specialized care
• Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session with actionable insights

Requirements

• Active mental health license in Kentucky
• Ability to practice independently without supervision
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant, postpartum, or peri/menopause patients
• Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International
• Certification in the treatment of the Peri/Menopause population
