Women's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth for perinatal and peri/menopausal patients
• Complete asynchronous caseload consultations and provide treatment recommendations
• Perform pre-conception medication consultations for individuals treated with psychotropic medications
• Complete documentation within 24 hours of visits and consultations
• Oversee assigned patient caseload using FamilyWell’s registry and prioritize case reviews
• Provide educational support to care teams on diagnosing and managing behavioral health conditions
• Be available for ad hoc consultations to OB providers during normal business hours

Requirements

• Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in Pennsylvania with independent practice authority
• Active DEA license and unrestricted ANCC Nurse Practitioner certification
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric data and formulate evidence-based clinical recommendations
• Experience or interest in perinatal or perimenopause mental health and collaborative care
