Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and test automations using no-code and low-code tools
  • Help structure internal workflows and simplify operations using AI and logic
  • Connect systems across tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, and others
  • Recommend and implement AI-driven enhancements (e.g., smart replies, content helpers)
  • Use AI design tools (Framer AI, Uizard, etc.) to create basic layouts for forms or dashboards
  • Deploy simple landing pages or internal tools using no-code platforms like Webflow or Framer
  • Document and maintain automated systems for ongoing use

Requirements

  • 2+ years building workflows with tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n
  • Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.
  • Ability to create functional sites or tools using Webflow, Framer, or Softr
  • Systems thinking and enthusiasm for simplifying processes
  • Clear communication and ownership of delivery
  • Experience with dashboards, lead-gen flows, or internal tools
  • Ability to write lightweight scripts (JavaScript or Python) as needed
