Workday Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day configuration and business support of Workday focusing on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) modules
• Configure and maintain pay components, earnings, deductions, tax elections, and absence plans
• Maintain Workday security, organizational structures, business processes, and system enhancements
• Support payroll accounting, GL posting, and financial reconciliation in partnership with Finance
• Design and support integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
• Develop reports, dashboards, and advanced reporting types
• Conduct unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Manage Workday semi-annual releases, including impact assessments and regression testing
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll, Absence Management, or Time Tracking modules
• Strong understanding of absence plans, time entry templates, and payroll accounting
• Proficiency with Excel and database reporting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro certification in Payroll, Absence Management, or Time Tracking
• Experience with Workday implementation tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
