Workday Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client executive stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Build trusted advisor relationships and drive strategic discussions on project objectives
• Oversee Workday implementation delivery including project planning, resourcing, and financial management
• Lead cross-functional teams including Solution Leads, Functional Consultants, and Technical Specialists
• Support pre-sales and business development activities such as RFP responses and scoping
• Ensure deliverables meet internal quality assurance standards and contractual obligations

Requirements

• Workday Partner Project Management Certification (REQUIRED)
• 5+ years of Workday full-cycle implementation experience
• 3+ years experience as an EM/PM in the Public Sector managing concurrent Workday deployments
• Strong knowledge of Workday delivery methodology and governance
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work standard East Coast hours
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
