Job description

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM functionality, including tenant setup and business process security
  • Develop and troubleshoot calculated fields, condition rules, and validation rules
  • Design and maintain comprehensive user-friendly quick reference guides and instructional materials
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Evaluate, test, and deploy Workday feature releases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Workday experience or training preferred
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration and maintenance
  • Strong analytical ability to solve business and technical problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
