Job description

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients
  • Communicate with CEOs, claimants, provider offices, and attorneys
  • Manage tasks including taking statements, paying lost wage benefits, filing state forms, and handling subrogation or litigation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster
  • Experience or licensing in Northeast US jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
