Workforce Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day back end of Blueprint, including user access, attributes, and permissions
• Monitor data feeds and integrations; troubleshoot and resolve system errors
• Perform QA and UAT testing on the Blueprint staging site
• Intake, review, and approve class theme requests
• Serve as first point of contact for Area Manager questions regarding Blueprint
• Manage the Blueprint team inbox and triage incoming requests
• Support creation of release communications, training materials, and best practices
• Monitor and enforce brand standards and compliance across studio locations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fitness, studio operations, or administrative roles
• Proficiency in G-Suite (particularly Google Sheets)
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Strong organizational and data management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
• Familiarity with Mindbody Business platform
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
• Experience supporting multi-location operations
