Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop an engaging events calendar (birthdays, team events, end of year parties, sports competitions etc)
  • File and manage agreements with third-party suppliers (office lease, cleaning, facilities etc) to provide seamless service levels
  • Assist with management team calendars
  • Work with Procurement Hub to process regional Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Order and monitor stock levels (stationery, drinks, snacks, office equipment, etc)
  • Manage petty cash, including end-of-month summary and facilities budget management
  • Conduct office checks to ensure workplace cleanliness, security, and maintenance; follow up on issues
  • Maintain asset register of all office furniture
  • Carry out any other tasks as directed by Line Manager to support the facilities team, including onboarding kit preparations, access card issuance/monitoring, and supporting the people team when needed

Requirements

  • Fast learner, able to work independently
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Proactive mindset and positive attitude
  • Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient user of G-Suite
  • Must have UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
