Job description

Responsibilities

  • Automate daily People Operations tasks and workflows to increase efficiency
  • Implement protocols for managing company assets and ensuring data privacy compliance
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to refine company policies and procedures
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute employee engagement initiatives and social events for MENA offices
  • Manage office administration and IT-related administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure process adherence

Requirements

  • Recently completed graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong technology component within your academic background
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in HR operations or legal compliance
  • Experience with process automation or working within a tech-focused environment
  • Familiarity with HR tech tools and data management systems
