Job description

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new strategic clients across priority markets in the GCC, focusing on enterprise and premium-market accounts.
  • Build and maintain executive-level (C-suite) relationships with key clients, especially in property development and the ultra-luxury real estate sector.
  • Lead consultative, solution-based sales efforts for both services and SaaS product lines.
  • Drive net new revenue growth and contribute to regional commercial targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from MQL to agreement and internal handoff.
  • Lead and coach Business Development Managers, supporting their onboarding, development, and performance against targets.
  • Execute complex, multi-solution sales processes including proposal design, ROI development, and negotiations.
  • Partner internally with marketing, product, delivery, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and market-facing representative at events and pitches.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and deliver accurate forecast and pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution consulting.
  • Strong track record closing six- and seven-figure deals in complex environments.
  • Success working with property developers, architectural firms, or built environment sectors.
  • Experience selling creative services, digital content, SaaS, or tech-enabled products.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Experience engaging with real estate marketing, product, and innovation teams.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with proposal and sales enablement software, plus basic financial modelling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • Sales certifications (Challenger, SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of CGI, 3D, real-time rendering, or SaaS platforms for architecture/urban development.
  • Previous experience in scale-up, agency, or start-up environments.
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and ability to translate client needs into solutions.
  • Consultative, strategic thinker with a growth mindset and leadership orientation.
  • Executive presence and outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication.
  • Structured approach to territory and sales management.

Benefits

  • Salary: AED 375,000 to 420,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Eligible for Company Bonus Scheme.
