Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of consumer service positions, primarily focusing on Czech-speaking candidates.
  • Engage with potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes, interview candidates, and assess their qualifications and cultural fit with potential employers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of talented candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Czech is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, employers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruiting assignments simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, displaying a high level of professionalism and dedication.
