Job description
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office support activities
- Manage correspondence (emails, calls, courier, documents)
- and organize purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, perfumers, production, and sales teams
- Track sample requests, dispatch details, and customer follow-ups
- Maintain product data sheets, MSDS, IFRA documents, and compliance files
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports or presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 yrs working experience as a Admin Assistant in UAE
- Good communication skills in English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fragrance or Perfume Industry is preferred
