Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office support activities
  • Manage correspondence (emails, calls, courier, documents)
  • and organize purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, perfumers, production, and sales teams
  • Track sample requests, dispatch details, and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain product data sheets, MSDS, IFRA documents, and compliance files
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports or presentations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 yrs working experience as a Admin Assistant in UAE
  • Good communication skills in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fragrance or Perfume Industry is preferred
