Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, review, and enhancement of corporate and departmental strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with government-wide strategic frameworks and national agendas.
  • Assist in translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and operational plans.
  • Monitor strategy execution and prepare performance tracking reports.
  • Implement and monitor organizational excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM or government excellence models).
  • Conduct gap assessments and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Support preparation for excellence assessments, audits, and awards submissions.
  • Develop performance dashboards and maturity assessments.
  • Design and monitor KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to leadership.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with government governance standards and policies.
  • Develop and review policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Facilitate workshops and strategy alignment sessions with internal stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, excellence, and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in Excellence Models (e.g., EFQM), Strategy, or Project Management are preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Strategy and Organizational Excellence.
  • Proven experience working within UAE government or semi-government entities is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of government excellence frameworks and performance management systems.
  • Experience in strategic planning, KPI development, and governance structures.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capability
  • Strong knowledge of excellence frameworks and performance models
  • Experience in KPI design and performance reporting
  • Policy development and governance knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
