french Social Media Content Creator - French Fluent

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end content creation engine for Paradoxc's social media platforms (reporting to VP of Marketing)
• Transform long-form content (seminars, webinars, testimonials, programs) into engaging short-form content
• Create high-impact pieces for Twitter/X, Instagram Reels (video hooks), carousels (design), and quote visuals
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, ensuring on-brand voice
• Maintain and own the editorial calendar using Metricool
• Test, iterate, and evolve content formats/systems for maximum engagement
• Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, clicks, shares)
• Extract actionable insights and systematize what works into scalable processes
• Document learnings and optimize content through data-driven frameworks

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation (track record required)
• Strong skills editing short vertical video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Proficiency with basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip, etc.)
• Ability to turn long-form content into high-leverage, engaging short-form pieces
• Strong design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) for carousels & quote graphics
• Excellent writing and editing ability, including experience ghostwriting
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Metricool, Later, native analytics)
• Self-motivated: end-to-end content process owner (ideation to publishing)
• Data-driven ability to iterate and optimize rapidly
• Deep awareness of trends, platform updates, and new formats
• Fluency in French and English (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI content creation tools (Runway, Midjourney, Eleven Labs, GPT)
• Knowledge of Hubspot, Brand24, Mention, Synthesio, ManyChat, Monday, Slack
• Experience working on international multi-cultural teams
• Interest in or background in personal development, coaching, professional growth, edtech, teaching, or edutainment
