As a Freelance Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work remotely while helping us connect top candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview German-speaking candidates for various job positions in different countries.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to determine skillsets, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through online platforms and professional networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiation of employment terms.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
