Responsibilities
- Design and execute pre-launch growth campaigns (waiting lists, referral programs, creator & brand onboarding funnels)
- Build growth loops across paid, organic, and community channels
- Develop and manage a pipeline of creators and brands, converting early signups into advocates
- Collaborate with product and marketing to refine onboarding journeys using real data and feedback
- Track and report metrics including CAC, conversion rates, activation, retention, and viral coefficient
- Set up and maintain growth automation and operations (HubSpot, Typeform, Zapier, Notion, etc.)
- Run experiments, prioritize tests, and scale successful channels
- Own North Star metrics: waiting list growth, activation rate, retention post-launch
