Job description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, ensuring timely progress and accurate data.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Source and engage potential candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate basic fit.
- Maintain recruitment activities and updates accurately within the ATS (Lever).
- Support final recruitment stages including coordinating case studies and conducting reference checks.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support wider HR operations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Recruitment experience
- Arabic fluency
- English fluency
- ATS experience
- Excel proficiency
- Google Workspace
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lever (or similar ATS)
- Previous exposure to international hiring and cross-border recruitment processes
- Familiarity with UAE labour practices and local employment nuances
- Strong time management and stakeholder coordination skills
