Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, ensuring timely progress and accurate data.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Source and engage potential candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate basic fit.
  • Maintain recruitment activities and updates accurately within the ATS (Lever).
  • Support final recruitment stages including coordinating case studies and conducting reference checks.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support wider HR operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Recruitment experience
  • Arabic fluency
  • English fluency
  • ATS experience
  • Excel proficiency
  • Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Lever (or similar ATS)
  • Previous exposure to international hiring and cross-border recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with UAE labour practices and local employment nuances
  • Strong time management and stakeholder coordination skills
