As a trusted recruitment agency, we specialize in matching the best candidates with employers in various industries, including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications.

As an Italian Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping candidates secure jobs abroad. You will utilize your fluency in Italian to communicate with Italian-speaking candidates and employers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your understanding of the Italian cultural and business landscape will enable you to effectively identify and match the best talent with the right employers.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various job positions
  • Building and maintaining a network of Italian-speaking candidates in the Consumer Services industry
  • Collaborating with colleagues to source, evaluate, and recommend candidates for job opportunities
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking functions to promote our recruitment services
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with the Consumer Services industry
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to adapt to changing job requirements and industry trends
