Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the affiliate channel across global markets, focusing on measurable revenue growth from UAE operations.
  • Recruit, onboard and nurture high-value affiliate partners and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Design, negotiate and manage commercial affiliate agreements to balance partner incentives with profitability.
  • Plan and execute affiliate campaigns in collaboration with creative, content and product teams.
  • Use analytics and testing to optimise performance, track ROI and deliver clear reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and risk controls across the affiliate program to maintain clean, credible performance.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends, identifying new opportunities and emerging channels.
  • Influence budget allocation and resource planning to meet growth targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FinTech, Forex or online trading products (CFDs, Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities).
  • Background working on global-scale affiliate programs and multi-market rollouts.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion-rate optimisation for acquisition funnels.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting performance to senior stakeholders.
