Marketing Designer Associate - Studio Lead

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality design and animation assets for digital and offline channels (social, CRM, campaigns, OOH, internal comms).
• Translate marketing briefs into compelling creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple briefs and deliverables, meeting tight deadlines with consistent quality.
• Oversee the studio workflow: assign tasks, review junior designers' work, provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Support creative development with graphic design, illustration and motion graphics; contribute ideas in creative reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations to ensure design supports campaign goals.
• Continually develop skills in animation, illustration and art direction to elevate studio output.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring junior designers.
• Proven experience working across digital, social and print formats.
• Background in motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with brand systems and cross-channel campaign execution.
• Previous experience in a tech or fast-moving consumer environment is a plus.
