Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Norwegian Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote position, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for the flexibility of working from home. As a leading agency for candidates seeking jobs in their native language, in other countries, Patrique Mercier Recruitment specializes in various industries such as social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting outreach and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific job positions.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations on candidates to assist in the selection process.
  • Managing and maintaining candidate records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Norwegian is essential.
  • Familiarity with different recruitment methods and techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
