Job Description

As a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing applicants' qualifications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients and candidates
  • Ensure a positive and streamlined candidate experience
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to manage the hiring process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Prior experience in recruitment or related roles
